Calling all 4th and 5th grade creative thinkers, designers, hands-on learners, and makers to join Makerspace Club with Mrs. Thompson!

In Makerspace, students will learn the engineering design process and work collaboratively with peers to take on challenges related to Science, engineering, and technology. Students will also have opportunities to learn from guest speakers and make real-world connections with their interests and passions.

 

Makerspace will be held after school on Wednesdays from 3:00-4:00 pm in the Exploration Lab (room 212).

Space is limited to the first 20 students who sign up. If your child is interested, please email Mrs. Thompson at ethompson@kcsd96.org by Tuesday, September 27, 2016. Mrs. Thompson will respond to your email letting you know whether your child can or cannot participate in Makerspace Club.
